Shipping policy

Benefits of purchasing at erasaskincare.com include complimentary standard shipping in the United States. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 2nd day and overnight shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 - 7 Days - Free
  • UPS 2-Day: as calculated at checkout
  • UPS Next Day (overnight): as calculated at checkout.

International shipments may take additional time for delivery.

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 5 - 7 business days based on the destination. 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. Erasaskincare.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You are responsible for any applicable duty and or tax/VAT.

The daily exchange rate is applied to your order from your credit card issuer and we have no control over the final cost in local currency.
